Let me start by saying that I have truly enjoyed reading other peoples blogs lately. I have joined the SITS community and HIGHLY recommend it! All sorts of info is available - just get involved!
I should probably introduce my family. We are a motley bunch and crazy at times but I wouldn't change my life for anything! My dear husband DH is the second most wonderful man I have ever known, next to dad of course. We have been together for a little over three years. It is a second marriage for both of us and I think we both learned from the first! We are truly a team and work together to raise our children to be respectful, responsible, loving little people. My oldest son, who is my Mini Me, will be 18 in a month. -sniff-sniff- Mini Me is just as his nick name suggest. They only problem with that is his stubborn "I don't need any ones help" attitude, AKA my attitude at least at 18! He lives with his uncle in another town. I see him often and communicate a lot. Next is my nine year old daughter, The Model. Thin, tall and drop dead beautiful, at least in my unbiased opinion. She is too smart for her own good and I believe an old soul. Next is my seven year old "bonus" son, Mr. Imagination. He is a very typical boy. He plays hard all day. Then there is The Princess, five, my "bonus" daughter. She is a girlie girl. Loves dressing up and wearing make-up. Finally there is Quentin, my two year old. He has many names, I add them all the time- Pookanoonis don't ask, Q man, Pedro Jr., Mr McGee I don't even know it gets difficult to keep up! He is an average two year old. If you've had a two year old, enough said.
Those are the miracles in my life. Everyday I am amazed at each and every one of the little people that I get to raise. It is overwhelming at times, there is a lot of "look at me" going on around me at most times, but I am so grateful for our family!.

The End of the Day-FINALLY!
Well, I have come to the end of my day. I actually got quite a lot done for my blog. And for the day. I spent two hours at the grocery store this evening, OH BOY! It was two hours of peace and quiet though. Always a silver lining. Yeah. I do have a community on blogfrog if anyone is feeling "froggie". With that ridiculous pun it is obvious I need sleep. Good night all....
My New Hobby
Well, this is it.... blogging! My new hobby. It seems like something I could really enjoy. I have always loved journaling and this seems like so much more fun! So bear with me as I learn all about this new digital hobby of mine.
So, a little more about me... I am a stay at home mom of five kids (*GASP*) 2, 5, 7, 9,and 18. Only four live here now and my five year old is starting school this year. I have a wonderful "husband" who works hard to support all of us. Legally we aren't married but believe me, spiritually we are completely committed to one another. More than in some marriages I've seen.
I seem to have a lot to talk about and Quentin, my two year old, just isn't interested anymore! Also I need a more intelligent conversation than the little people in my house can deliver. My husband is a man of few words. He also works outside in the Missouri heat and humidity, so when he gets home he needs time to recover and relax. Understandable, but not much conversation.
I don't have a specific "theme" for my blog. As the title suggest, I think my everyday life is amazing, but very common. Some days I can't get that damn "Hot Diggity Dog" song out of my head so I probably won't be much of a contributor. Alot of the time it will be what I think are cute things my beautiful children did that day, but one day I may need to vent. I am also very into politics, which I hope doesn't upset anyone. That is not why I am here. I will most likely get in to my past at some point and also my future. I don't claim to be 'Susie homemaker' but I could have some good tips here and there. I may even ask for advice from time to time.
I know other people have similar minor miracles happening in their lives on a daily basis too. And I am sure they can relate. I welcome and appreciate all comments.
